Returns/Exchange must be received within 7 days from the day you got your package included with an authorization number sent by us. All returns must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached in unopened condition with the manufacturers’ seal. If the package is returned in opened condition or returned without its original packaging, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee.

We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7 day time frame outlined below. After we get your package, you will receive an online store credit which we will apply onto your next purchase. For the returned items, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. For the damaged items to exchange, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

In order to receive a Return Authorization Number, please submit/request a Return Authorization Form to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of goods with the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Reason for Return/Exchange

Please note: “Sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned. The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges. Ellie and Kate will not issue a Return Authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise with all parts included.


  1. Request an RA (Return Authorization) Number within 7 days of delivery with following information.

(Company Name, address, invoice Number, style Number, quantity, color and reason for return)

  1. After authorizing the request, we will send you RA Number. Enclose RA form and your original receipt with your return/exchange item(s) and write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package. Please return the item(s) within 2 days from the date your RA was issued.
  2. Please ship your return package via any major delivery service which provides tracking capabilities, as returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email the tracking number once you send the package.

  • Returns with NO RA Number outside of the package
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits


  • Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Online Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

ELLIE AND KATE is always trying our best to process and ship orders the same day we receive them. Order and shipping process generally take 1-2 business days after receipt of payment also which may depend on availability of goods. We ship within the United States and internationally, and we apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote. Orders shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive within 3-5 business days. For international shipping, customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, broker fees, all other customs related fees, and all freight charges.

Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST for 2 Business Day and Next Day shipment to be processed within the same day (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days).
